Hot Press Insulated & Non Insulated
GRP Hot Press Panels are manufactured using SMC Hot Pressed Molding Technology with high pressure molding at 150°C thus creating a strong, uniform and stable panel construction.
GRP Hot Press Panels which are molded from Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) comprising glass fiber reinforcement and formulation of selected resins. The SMC production method allows for small radius at all the edges and 90° bends to be formed. This reduces the chance of leakages when panels are joined together as the gap between the leading edges of all the joins are reduced to a minimum. Smooth finish on both sides of panels, thus preventing dirt build up. The smooth internal surface finish discourages dirt accumulation, bacterial and algae growth.
